Why is the work being done? The NHMRC website is outdated and is being rebuilt to provide a fresh look, better user experience, and an innovative, engaging digital communications platform that can support the organisations strategic communication goals. Timely measurement and reporting of website outcomes will be essential to determining the success of these goals. -
What's the key problem you need to solve? What success looks like for the NHMRC website needs to be redefined based on the new NHMRC website and digital communication strategy. -
Describe the users and their needs As a program manager, I need to know if my communication goals are being achieved on the NHMRC website, so I can tune my communication strategies and demonstrate value to my stakeholders. -
What work has already been done? NHMRC has an existing Google Analytics account and historical metrics for all its websites. -
Who will the work be done with? You will be working with our web project Team within the Communications team. -
