Why is the work being done? The outcome of this PoC will demonstrate the potential value of using AI to support My Aged Care assessment processes This works need to be completed mid January 2018. -
What's the key problem you need to solve? Changes have been made incrementally to respond to needs of stakeholders (e.g. streamlined screening). The following opportunities have been identified where AI may be beneficial: • Facilitate a more positive and relevant client experience
• Reduce duplication, repetitiveness and time taken to complete assessments with the client(s) and/or their representative(s)
