Seller questions
Seller question | Buyer answer |
---|---|
1. It is mentioned that training is for 30 EL2s and SESs - just to confirm is this 30 in total or 60 in total? | 30 people in total. |
2. Is there a preference in proposal format? Can the proposal be in powerpoint format? | PowerPoint format is fine. As long as the proposal demonstrates that you understand our needs, we have no preference on the format of the response. |
3. Is this to be only classroom training or would a combination of coaching and classroom training be more appropriate | This brief is for training only. We will be looking at a separate brief for ongoing agile coaching. |
4. Will participants be able to allocate full days to training or will shorter training modules (1-3hrs) be preferred? | The response should recommend the most effective approach to delivering this training to achieve the needed outcomes. We will ensure staff are available for the sessions. |
5. No budget has been indicated for this contract, how are you expecting applicants to quote for the work? | As long as the approach to pricing is transparent so we can assess value for money, it is up to the supplier. |
