Seller questions

Seller questions
Seller question Buyer answer
1. It is mentioned that training is for 30 EL2s and SESs - just to confirm is this 30 in total or 60 in total? 30 people in total.
2. Is there a preference in proposal format? Can the proposal be in powerpoint format? PowerPoint format is fine. As long as the proposal demonstrates that you understand our needs, we have no preference on the format of the response.
3. Is this to be only classroom training or would a combination of coaching and classroom training be more appropriate This brief is for training only. We will be looking at a separate brief for ongoing agile coaching.
4. Will participants be able to allocate full days to training or will shorter training modules (1-3hrs) be preferred? The response should recommend the most effective approach to delivering this training to achieve the needed outcomes. We will ensure staff are available for the sessions.
5. No budget has been indicated for this contract, how are you expecting applicants to quote for the work? As long as the approach to pricing is transparent so we can assess value for money, it is up to the supplier.
