Why is the work being done? The Buyer is undertaking a program of work, known as the “Desktop Modernisation Project” to modernise the legacy desktop infrastructure in use and we require a comprehensive training and change management program as part of the project roll-out. -
What's the key problem you need to solve? We require the Seller to design and implement a comprehensive training and change management program that provides high quality training and incorporates "Change Champions” to maximise solution adoption across the Buyer’s organisation. -
Describe the users and their needs As a Future Fund employee, I need to receive training, communications and support regarding the technology being rolled out as a result of Desktop Modernisation project. -

Who will the work be done with? You will be working with the Agency's Desktop Modernisation project team, IT team (including external partners), Change Champions and general users. -
