How much can you spend per day? Based on 8 hour working day $1,320.00 ex GST ($1,452.00 GST inc)
About the work

Who will the specialist work with? Will be working with the ICT Project Management Office -
What will the specialist do? The Agile Coach will work with the Office of the CIO to transform and evolve the Information Services Division to be flexible, collaborative, self-organising, in our fast changing environment, through: —Supporting and guiding the delivery of digital projects/programs
—Lead and sustain the disciplined application of Agile ways of working with multi-disciplinary teams
—Mentor and coach teams and clients in implementation of agile ways of working
—Facilitate workshops and training for our staff and our clients
—Support Information Services Division with scaling our Agile approach
—Establishment of processes for managing portfolios and programs of work in an Agile way

Any additional relevant information? Police Check and relevant security checks will be completed by DPS on engagement Deed of Confidentiality to be completed
Working as a Contractor within Departmentary of Parliamentary Services (DPS) requires engagement and all works and actions to be completed in accordance to Commonwealth and DPS Polices and Procedures

Parliament House Canberra ACT and
Level 1, Minter Ellison Building Barton ACT

What are the working arrangements? Work to be complete on-site for a maximium of 4 days per week for 6 months -
Is security clearance required? NV1 or the ability to gain

Skills and experience
Buyers will use the essential and nice-to-have skills and experience to help them evaluate sellers’ technical competence.

Essential skills and experience -
- Experience working as an Agile coach in government departments.
- Certification or accreditation in Agile methods such as Scrum.

Nice-to-have skills and experience -
- Accreditation or experience in traditional (waterfall) project management methods such as PRINCE2 or MSP.
- Experience with process improvement methods such as Lean.
