Benefits Realisation Services - are to be completed preferably by 20 April 2018

The Services are as follows:

a. Project Initiation

- Establish an intial meeting/kick-off

- Confirm the approach

- Provide a Project Plan (which includes dates, milestones, deliverables, how progress will be reported and how outcomes will be achieved, etc)

- Engage relevant stakeholders within Connected Health Data (CHD) program - such as Health IT, business users and the Program delivery partner, etc.

- Coordinate and gather any existing CHD benefits materials such as workshop, meetings, decisions, etc.

b. Establish a Benefits Realisation Plan (EBP)

- Identify, execute and measure benefits for the CHD program

- Identify address any gaps in benefits information and provide mitigation strategies

- Seek alignment of the benefits identified under CHD program to the DIPA benefits

- Identify risks and ensure that they are being properly managed

c. Deliver and Document

- Deliver implementable BRP (in a draft - for review and a final - incorporating any review/comments)

- Establish a BRP template

- Setup a regular review period for the program

- Confirm CHD benefits materials

- Capture the benefits materials in the BRP

d. Socialise and Advise Outcomes

- Socialise the BRP

- Finalise the services and all associated documentation

- Seek formal sign-off

Where will the work take place?

Located in the Sirius Building in Woden in Canberra, ACT

What are the working arrangements?

"Proposed work for one resource (for up to 4-6 weeks) between time period of late February to late June 2018 on ad hoc basis and to be agreed by the business area

Is security clearance required?

For all Specified Personnel, a minimum Baseline security clearance and Police Check ( less then 3 months old) are required. - It is NOTED that the Department MAY be willing to sponsor a Baseline clearance if needed.
